Different approaches to infraclavicular blocks: Concepts with historical backgrounds

This manuscript, a letter to the Editor, is in response to the recently published study that compared the two approaches to infraclavicular brachial plexus block. The concepts and the historical aspects of the different approaches of this block are important to understand the evolution. Hence, those points are discussed in detail.
